Images 2025
Our inaugural AI-generated art contest challenges you to use your preferred AI tools to create compelling still imagery that positively impacts animals. The Best of Show winner will receive $5,000, and five additional category winners will each receive $1,000.
Contest Overview
- Your submission should aim to inspire impactful animal advocacy campaigns, as described in your Artist Statement. Please review the contest guidelines to ensure you meet all technical, strategic, and ethical expectations.
- From Tuesday, October 1, 2024, to Friday, January 31, 2025, you may submit and modify up to three entries, each consisting of a set of four thematically and stylistically aligned static images generated with AI.
- The images can be in any style, including but not limited to photorealistic, surreal, abstract, line art, anime, or vintage. Post-edit touch-up work is allowed; dynamic or moving images are not.
- Judges will award $1,000 to the winner in each of five categories: Imaginative Design, Visual Storytelling, Educational Impact, Compelling Communication, and Technical Mastery.
- The public will vote to decide the Best of Show, with a $5,000 prize, from a select group of entries curated by the judges.
